RETURN
Size Problem
We recommend checking the size chart to find your size before placing an order. If you find items that don’t fit you when you get your items, please feel free to contact us.
Others
You may not want the items anymore for some reason when you get your items. We understand and accept the returns. Please kindly check the policies:
- Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
- We will refund you when we get the returned items.
- We don't refund original shipping charges.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
- COST OF RETURN: You will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return, as this is not a quality issue.
REFUND
Once your return has been received, please allow 3-7 days for processing. After processing, we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of the original payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. We do not refund original shipping charges.
EXCHANGE
Currently, we do not offer exchange services. If the size is not correct or you're not happy with your purchase, please return the items per the return instructions listed on our website, and place a new order.
GENERAL RETURN PROCESS
Initiate a return: Please email us at customerservice@roadtoreshape.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 24 working hours.
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.). We recommend that you send your return in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost returns.
Refund: When we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-7 working days and issue a refund.
